Position Summary
As a Medical Assistant at MyCare 365, you?ll be a vital part of our care team, working side-by-side with providers and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our ambulatory patients. You?ll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced office setting, supporting clinical workflows and ensuring every patient feels seen, heard, and cared for.
What You?ll Do:
- Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support providers with procedures, exams, and follow-up care
- Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and patient education
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
- Positions imaging equipment and adjusts controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care
What We?re Looking For:
- Completion of an approved accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
