Develop goals and managing fiscal activities of the department. </li> <li>Responsible for oversight of daily operations related to clinical evaluations and administrative functions, procedures and protocols. </li> <li>Supervises administrative operations including scheduling/registration, and direct patient care.</li> <li>Works collaboratively with physicians, therapists and other team members of the behavioral health team to effect timely, appropriate patient care management. Collaborates with other department leaders, providers and team members with Inova, and external agencies to help support the care and disposition of patients.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>Education: Master's Degree, Ph.D., PsyD, EdD in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, Substance Use Disorders or Behavioral Health related field.</li> <li>Experience: 5 years of experience, 3 of which are post licensure, working in the psychiatric or mental health field with the seriously mentally ill</li> <li>Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association. Crisis Prevention Institute Within 6 Months CPI in-person training for non-violent crisis intervention, receive CPI blue card within 6 months of hire.</li> <li>Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), or Licensed Substance Abuse Professional (LSATP).</li> </ul> About Us: We are Inova, Northern Virginia's leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
