Established clinical care team including 2 experienced physicians, 11 APPs, and more

Compensation & Benefits:

Strong salary range of up to the 70th percentile of MGMA - Anywhere between $125-$150K plus annual bonus

Full benefits package includes a $10,000 Sign-On with medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more
